Oak Street Health delivering COVID-19 Vaccination

Oak Street Health is delighted to begin delivering COVID-19 vaccination by appointment only, to seniors 65+. For vaccine scheduling please stop by or contact your management office and they we will be happy to sign you up. Overall vaccine supply is limited, and they are currently focusing on patients and community member who are 65+ and live near our centers.

Oak Street is also providing complimentary transportation to Oak Street and transportation returning home after your vaccine is completed. If you have a friend or family member that is interested, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to register them. There is no need to be a patient to receive this vaccine.

What can I expect from the Covid-19 Vaccine?
You will need 2 doses, approximately 3 weeks apart, to get the pull protection from the vaccine.
You may experience some side effects, like tiredness, headache, and muscle paint—but his is a sign that the vaccine is doing its job. Your immune system had kicked in. These side effects do not last long.
