A Great Place to Live
What is a Gated Community?
Why is it important to you to have a Gated Community? One of the primary purposes of a gated community is to offer its residents safety that they wouldn’t experience in nearby non-gated communities. One way a gated community increases safety is by eliminating through traffic. Reducing traffic in the community provides the many residents who walk or walk a pet, a piece of mind while enjoying the peace and beauty of The Orchards.
A Gated Community is known to increase property values for its residents by providing this feature in a community. This is not guaranteed. But at the very lease property values have shown to maintain their value in a Gated Community.
Also, in addition to having more safety, security and privacy, in a Gated Community the residents are exposed to much less solicitation. This adds to the already peaceful, quiet nature of The Orchards.
Finally, a Gated Community adds to a “Sense of Community”. The residents of The Orchards play a much bigger role in a “Sense of Community” than the gates. The feedback has been great on the addition of the Gates. This is another reason The Orchards is a Great Place to Live!
